🍜Review for Buldak • Habanero lime
A decent Buldak variant with a fresh citrus-y flavor, perfect for hot weather. It has a light cilantro flavor as undertone. Noodles are good as expected from Buldak, a good bite and springy. I felt like it was lacking spiciness for it being called a habanero variant and it could benefit from a squeeze of fresh lime juice or Tajin habanero lime seasoning if you prefer.
