🍜Review for Paldo • Volcano Chicken Noodle
I'd give this 10 stars if I could! If you like Buldak, you should absolutely try this! I would say the spice level is similar to Buldak Original but if you haven't tried that, then I would say it's similar spice to habanero hot sauces. A nice burn but nothing to worry about. Volcano noodle has a really great gentle curry flavor that isn't overpowering at all. It is a Korean/Japanese style curry flavor that feels very balanced. I love the cup version of this one since I find the portion sizes of packet noodles to be a bit large, and the cup is on the smaller side. This one is perfect for additional toppings like eggs or meat if you're feeling fancy since the flavors are not overpowering and the spice would compliment add ons really well!
