I'm in agreement with the other positive reviews, this is the most customizable of the higher-end noodles and at a very affordable price. They are great on their own, but if you are feeling frisky - you can throw all kinds of ingredients at these noodles and you'll find that their flavor profile welcomes the additions without conflicts.
