🍜Review for Paldo • Bibim Men
Absolutely love this one! It's an instant version of the Korean noodle dish bibimmyeon and a classic in a lot of Korean households. I grew up eating this one alongside kbbq and it really shines if you have it with any kind of meat.
The flavor is gently sweet and barely spicy since most of the sauce is made up of gochujang/Korean chili paste. Korean chili paste can vary a lot on how spicy it is, but Paldo has a very mild one. I tend to buy these in bulk since I find it goes amazing alongside anything you might have both rice and chili paste with, or rice and any kind of sauce.
