🍜Review for Nongshim • Shin Ramyun
100/10 instant noodle. A classic and all time favorite which has been stocked in my parent's pantry constantly, and in my own now! I am a firm believer that Nongshim Shin noodles are perfect. The noodle texture is bouncy and perfectly thick and has paved the way for the better noodle textures of today. The broth is gently spicy and rich with a high quality flavor that can be hard to find in instant foods. It's super versatile, being the most comforting bowl of noodles and broth on it's own, perfect for any of the "noodle hacks" that have gone viral, and only gets better with any toppings you can think to add to it. If there was a noodle to buy in bulk, it should be this one.
